We launched with a single truck and a small fleet of units, and we still operate that way. When you call, you get me or someone I'd trust at my own home. We're a family operation, so if something isn't right, it falls on us, and we take care of it that same day.
I track every delivery on one board in the office, and every driver reviews it before heading out. When we say Tuesday morning, that's exactly when we show up. If anything changes, I call you before you need to call us.
